| IAN KENDRICK MNAEA
In 1996 Ian joined our Sedgley office as an Apprentice to Mr Richard Davies. Later, working in a senior role at the Halesowen office. His ambition to lead his own team was fulfilled in 2007 when he became the Manager of the Bearwood office, where he continues to make a success from the sale of residential property.
A member of the National Association of Estate Agents, Ian was born and brought up in Halesowen. Prior to starting work in Estate Agency Ian achieved a Diploma having undertaken a course at Sutton Coldfield College entitled "selling residential property".
His outside interests include football, as a passionate WBA fan. He also tries to stay active by playing football and squash weekly. As his father is a rally driver, he also takes an interest. He comments: “I used to go along and watch/marshall on the stages quite regularly but not so much nowadays due to work commitments”.
When asked what he enjoys most about his work, Ian says: “When I first started in estate agency I enjoyed the ‘office environment’ but felt I didn't want a role that was solely ‘office based’, therefore the estate agency field interested me.
Having got into the industry I enjoy seeing many different types and styles of property and how every house differs in some way. I also enjoy meeting different people from many different cultures and backgrounds. It is also enjoyable when you can turn someone's dream of moving into reality”.
