| GEOFFREY TAYLOR MRICS
With a wealth of experience in both estate agency and surveying, Geoff is a founder of the company and continues to play an active role in the development of the organisation. He is based at the Kingswinford office and supported by Mr Matthew Turner.
Geoff has been involved in property sales for more than 40 years. Having started with an ‘agricultural’ firm at £3 a week he trained as an Auctioneer in Kidderminster market before moving onto house sales.
He is a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a member of the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV (Hons)).
In a brief interview, Geoff comments; “I always enjoy the opportunities I get to meet so many people in all walks of life, whether they are selling or buying their home, or just interested to know ‘What the property market is doing’. I think it must be a ‘British thing’, - the weather and the property market!”
And of personal interests? “I am passionate about Flying! I hold a Pilots License and really enjoy flying an Ex RAF ‘Bulldog’ aircraft, which was built when Britain still had an aircraft industry. I took up Cycling a few years ago as a ‘challenge’ and managed to ride from John O’ Groats to Lands End, helping to raise £10,000 for a local Children’s Hospice, and I still try to do a bit now, - to keep the weight down!“
